The show this year will be held in the same facility as the first two
years, The Pinnacle, a premier event facility in the Toledo OH area.
The show this year will be expanded to offer a one day conference and a
one day exhibit. It has been a one day exhibit in the past.
With Linux expanding exponentially and the market becoming much more
mainstream we've changed the show this year to showcase solutions. We
are doing this to provide a venue for management level personnel to see
real solutions. The conference on Wednesday Oct. 30th will provide
attendees the opportunity to see Linux solutions that have been
installed and talk to the actual customers who have made the transition
to Linux. The conference offers vendors the opportunity to purchase
half day blocks of time to highlight their successful Linux installs.
They will showcase their customers who have made the switch using their
equipment and/or software.
On Thursday Oct. 31st The Pinnacle will be arranged for Exhibit Booths.
In addition to vendor booth's we will have Open Source .org booth's to
showcase Open Source software.
The third way in which you are invited to participate for this year's
show is to become a Show Sponsor. We are offering Gold, Silver and
Bronze memberships. Sponsorships will offer multiple marketing
advantages and will help insure that Think-Linux will grow in the the
future. I think that you'll find that the pricing for the exhibits and
conference is an extraordinary value.
